The Cortona Sun Festival, that has reached its seventh edition, presents a rich programme which includes concerts and daily events and combines music with gastronomic specialities, wine with literature, fine arts with films.
By now this festival has become a regular appointment for the most important international musicians, as well as the first event of its kind, which can revive a very high level music and combine it with the pure celebration of the Italian “dolce vita”.

The festival includes a long list of events, among which art exhibitions, cookery events, wine tastings, readings and literary events, all of this crowned by the musical performances. Then a big space inside the festival is dedicated to the talent of the artists from Cortona and to some special guests as: Anthony Hopkins (with his painting exhibition entitled Masques and with some musical compositions), Joshua Bell, Giséle Ben-Dor, Nicola Benedetti, Stéphane Denève, Michael Guttman, Nina Kotova, Maija Kovalevska, Vlad Mirita, Danielle de Niese, Jean-Yves Thibaudet e Jaap van Zweden.

We remind to all those who wish to be present at the festival that the events are restricted entry, in order to guarantee to the participants the possibility to see, to listen to, to smell, touch and fully taste every single activity.
