Studying Italian Abroad: the experience of a foreigner in Italy

We’d like to bring to your attention an interesting, in our opinion, blog in English: ‘Studying Italian Abroad – Evaluation of Schools teaching Italian in Italy’, created by Reynold Harrs.
Harrs is a 67 years old former teacher (with 10 years of experience teaching at different universities in North America), who decided to learn Italian 11 years ago and ventured into the magic world of the Italian Schools for foreigners in Italy.
Harrs writes about his experience in Italy, about his approach to Italian language and Italian people, about the attended courses and schools.
His point of view focuses different fields: language learning, relations with Italian people and Italian towns, expectations of a foreigner, who decided to come to Italy for a time.
Of course, it’s a personal view, which, however, offers the chance to do some considerations, to express one’s opinion and also, why not, to practise English language reading Harrs’ articles.
We advice you to visit Mr Reynold Harrs’ blog: writing about his experiences, he offers us his special point of view about qualities and faults, which he met in our country.
You can personally judge what he writes and his thoughts and, if you have other opinions, write us: we’ll be happy to publish them in our blog!
