Put up the mouse who doesn’t like pizza…Truly, we think that those who doesn’t like it at all are very few, because, speaking frankly, pizza, by all its different tastes, wins over everyone tastes it.

Pizza’s origins date back to three thousand years ago: the pizza’s ancestry, such as flat bread, focaccia and the like, were an important part of the Egyptian, Greek and Roman diet.
The real boom exploded, however, between 18th and 19th Century, in the Neapolitan cooking, where pizza reached the greatest spread, becoming the favourite dish of people and kings and queens.

At this point we think that it could be a nice experience to go to 2006 “Festival della pizza” at San Rufo (SA), since 20th until 30th of July.

During this event there will be some shows with free prizes offered by sponsor of the evenings, such as 2006 Miss Pizza’s election (we have no idea about the necessary qualifications…but the appointment is for 23rd of July) and, of course, the chance to taste all kinds of pizza which you could wish.

So, “Happy pizza” to everybody!
